I love the professionalism of this office. And even though they are professional, but they are friendly, and it’s kind of like you’re coming to people you know, your family, so to speak. And especially with my family, we’ve done business with Oasis for more than 30 years, so all the changes that they have gone through, we’ve gone through with them. They are just good people, honest people. There’s no hidden things about their costs. I like that, their transparency. I know exactly where I stand with them with any job that I have to do with my teeth. And boy, I have had to do quite a bit of troubles that I’ve gone through with dental work.

But they’ve always been transparent, straightforward. They tell me there’s no hidden costs. What they tell me it’s going to cost me is what it costs me, and I like that. Absolutely top-notch. I have rarely had to come back and have them redo anything on my tooth. And I think being with them for 30-plus years is really a testimony of their work because I’m one of those, if I’m not happy, you’ll know about it, and I will make changes, and I haven’t had to make any changes. With their service, with whatever they’ve done, they make me keep coming back and telling other people about them also.

Had a crown done. My tooth had kind of broken off and it was my back, far back tooth. So, there really wasn’t much of an option other than either lose the tooth or crown it. They explained to me the process, because I had never had one before, but I kind of knew what they were because my dad was a dentist. I was comfortable coming in. I’m not nervous around dentists because I grew up around my dad. It’s been a few years now. I never had a problem. And he knows that I’m into triathlons and so he had a special design made on my crown that had a swimmer and a biker. Nobody can see, but I can when I pull my mouth open.

I had never had a crown before. So, when they told me I was, when I broke my tooth and I came in, they got me right in. They explained the procedure that it was more than one day. You have to come in, they fit it. The stress on the tooth has to be relieved. And so I knew it was going to be a couple or a few visits. Good people, good staff, friendly. You can expect that they will tell you exactly what is needed and the costs. There’s nothing hidden in procedural costs, and knowing that up front, I think helps. I don’t know about other dentists, I’ve known a few in the past, but they’re the nicest people here. I don’t dread going to the dentist and I always did before. So it’s just really nice people. They’re all professional as can be too. Everybody takes time to talk to you and smile, and it’s just like you’ve known everybody. You come in and they pat you, “Hey, how you doing today?” It’s like they’ve known you all your life.

When we moved here we looked for dentists. My wife went online and Matthew was rated the highest in the area. So we said, “Well, we’ll start with him and see what happens.” So I went to Matthew and I got an estimate to do what I wanted done. And then I went to another guy and I couldn’t wait to get out of his office. And it was right back to Matthew and he’s been working on me for three and a half years. If you had seen me before and you see me now, you’d think I was a different person. I mean, he stops to explain everything. He doesn’t get a little put out when I’m in a hurry. It’s just somebody you know. It’s just feel good to go there. I just can’t say enough good. And I’m not just saying it to say. I really mean it.

Dr. Aldridge and his staff have become almost like friends. I see them around the community and they’re always kind and happy to see me. I enjoy the fact that they have a state-of-the-art office. They work with any of my needs. A specialty, I haven’t ever had to go to any other specialists to have a procedure or an X-ray. Caring, compassionate staff. They put my experience and my comfort first.

Dr. Aldridge explains to me what he’s doing. He explains what I need to be thinking about in the future. He doesn’t cause me to believe something’s urgent if it’s not. He helps me with always coordinating with insurance.

The biggest thing I noticed is that he is so educated to be able to do everything, a genuine specialty professional. He doesn’t have to send me out of his office to get things done.

Warranty on expensive services, such as crowns, things that I’ve never been offered before. They help me be on top of my teeth.

I have been a patient of Oasis Dental since 2017 and have always received great care from the dentists, assistants, hygienists and office staff. This past year, Dr. Madani went out of his way to investigate a problem I had been having with an open gap for several years. As a result of that investigation, he decided to replace an old crown after reworking the crown prep. The result of that work is that the open gap was corrected and the soreness in my gum has been steadily diminishing to the point that it is now nearly back to normal. I also really appreciate the ability to schedule evening appointments so that I don’t have to take time off work for dental appointments.
